I am a third year at UC San Diego at Seventh College. I am majoring in chemical engineering with double minors in design & interaction and accounting. Choosing UCSD was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I’ve found community at a large university through my major, since ...our shared education requirements have created many opportunities to study together and make new friends. The academic support here is incredible, as I’ve had personal success with amazing peer tutors who have helped change my grades from failing to above average. I’m also a secretary for the Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers. Next year, I am most excited to work in a faculty research laboratory through Jacobs School of Engineering, which will be a huge step towards my dream career in cosmetic chemical engineering.
