Hi there! My name is Shelbie Rassler, and I am a proud alum of The Juilliard School and The Boston Conservatory at Berklee / Berklee College of Music. I received a Master’s in Music Composition from Juilliard and graduated summa cum laude in 2022 as a Juilliard Career Advancemen...t Grant Fellow. Prior, I received a Bachelor’s in Music Composition from The Boston Conservatory at Berklee / Berklee College of Music, summa cum laude, as the institution’s Presser Scholar, with focuses in Film Scoring and Musical Theater Composition. Throughout the pandemic, I worked on dozens of virtual productions to bring my community of collegiate artists back together while in isolation, and it led to the opportunity to work on several high-profile events and projects, including the Emmy-Nominated 2021 Presidential Inauguration “Celebrating America” Concert, the CNN Fourth of July Primetime Special featuring my CBS Award-Winning “What the World Needs Now” Performance, and the Broadway Records’ production of “Georgia on My Mind”, which landed in the top 40 of the Billboard Top 100. In college and grad school, I premiered dozens of classical works in concert halls, wrote several film scores, music directed/performed in various shows, including my own original musical, and strived to collaborate with as many colleagues as possible!
