Hi, I'm Jay Hunter! I worked at Salesforce for nearly ten years from August 2011- May 2021. I spent the first few years in their Customer Success division, working closely with some of Salesforce's largest and most strategic customers. I then migrated to the technology side of... the company, and worked on content and content strategy for the Trailhead learning platform. Previously, I attended Cornell University where I earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
