I am a third year lacrosse player at UC Davis. I am majoring in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning. After the recruiting process, and my first two years as a D1 student athlete, I have learned many valuable skills to balance all the different aspects of my life. Also, I ...have learned the benefit of using the resources Davis offers me, to be successful at an academically challenging and top tier university. As an Environmental Science major, I have been able to take many interesting classes in climate science, botany, ecology, however, my courses also have covered requirements in law, economy, and math. With a track emphasis in Environmental Policy, I will focus on policy and law related research. I am planning to take the LSAT in my remaining two years, and eventually attend law school after undergrad. Being a Davis athlete is a great opportunity and experience, but it can be difficult to find your career goals, and make big decisions.
