Hi there! My name is Megan, and as a junior at Duke University, I have had a variety of experiences that have shaped my college journey thus far. First and foremost, I am a proud member of Duke's official dance team, the Dancing Devils. In fact, I am honored to be stepping in...to the role of captain for the upcoming year! Alongside my involvement with the Dancing Devils, I am also pursuing a degree in computer science with a certificate in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. My studies have allowed me to explore my interest in technology and problem-solving, and I am excited to see where this path takes me. Beyond academics and dance, I am also a part of Bass Connections, where I work on a project that is making CS education in high school more ethically considerate. I find this work incredibly rewarding and meaningful, and it has allowed me to use my skills to make a positive impact in my community. This summer, I am also thrilled to be starting a new adventure as a software engineer at Atlassian, a leading technology company. I am eager to dive into this role and gain valuable experience in the tech industry.
