I’m a fourth-year Sociology & Anthropology student at Spelman College. I come from a family of college graduates and the importance of pursuing higher education has always been pressed upon me. I want to give a holistic view of my experience thus far as it pertains to my accepta...nce, course sequence, living arrangements and any other questions that new students may have. Spelman is an institution that works to include all of their values throughout all of their programming. These values include but are not limited to sisterhood, community and volunteer work. I’m part of my school’s chapter of Her Campus & create digital content that caters to college aged women!
