Hello everyone! I am currently a freshman at Saint Mary’s College of California. I applied as an undeclared major and am currently planning on double-majoring in Communications and Sociology, which is possible to Saint Mary’s core curriculum. I committed to SMC because of the fa...culty’s sincere drive to be there for students, to teach, and to help us grow. I am living on campus this year and will be continuing to do so next year. Living on campus has its pros and cons, but I would highly recommend it as you can really dive into student life. It was almost a year ago that I was deciding which college was for me, though it feels like yesterday, and I remember how stressful it was to decide. I was so wrapped up in which college would be the right fit, and it was hard since I couldn’t find many student opinions on the school since there is no public forum. That is why I am here!
