Hey! I am currently a freshman nursing major at the University of Portland. I love the nursing program; the professors are incredible, and every class is interesting and engaging. The community here is so supportive, and there are always many school events and dorm activities th...at allow students to get to know their classmates. I am also on the women’s soccer team! The athletics community is tight-knit, and I could not love my team more. The coaches and all the staff truly want the best for us, not only as players, but as people and students, too. I fell in love with the University of Portland four years ago when I visited. The kindness of the staff, the brilliant views from the bluff overlooking the Willamette River, the high-quality education, and even the quality of Merlo Soccer Feld were all reasons I was determined to go to the University of Portland.
