Hi! My name is Kailia Lopez and I am a sophomore at California State University Long Beach. I’m majoring in kinesiology while balancing playing on the women’s volleyball team at the same time. Even though Covid has gotten in the way of a whole season for me as well as time in th...e classroom, Long Beach Sate has done a great job of keeping their students as well athletes engaged in what’s going on and they are always making sure we are up-to-date with the latest Covid info. I played soccer and volleyball in high school but ultimately chose to pursue volleyball in college. I know that sending college letters as well as balancing school can be a very difficult task to complete, but I’m here to answer any student athlete questions that anyone may have and hopefully give advice on how I got to where I am.
