Hello! I’m Jordan Tashiro, a junior at the University of Oregon. I am majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in sports business. Going to college is a big step from high school, but the University of Oregon is a very welcoming campus with programs and clubs for... everyone. I have had the pleasure of both attending and working for UO as a tour guide for the Lunquist College of Business. This has given me knowledge and experience for degree and course planning as well as connections within the business college itself. The staff at UO is very friendly and have extensive experience in their fields making them excellent teachers. The town of Eugene is a very active campus and turns electric for sports, especially football games. I play intramural football and basketball, and these experiences have been super fun as my teammates and competitors have been super nice. I am also part of the Warsaw Sports Business Club and the University of Oregon Japanese Student Organization which have been amazing experiences as well. Since there are so many clubs and organizations anyone can find their niche and connect with other people. Choosing a school can be really stressful so feel free to ask me any questions! Show more
