Hello! My name is Jacqueline Sarabia. I am a 4th year, molecular and cell biology major from the University Of California Merced. I began college A semester before the Covid pandemic hit. After the pandemic began all of my courses went from in person teaching, to online teaching.... At first this was a bit tough to get used to, however as time went by it became easier. Especially with the support of the professors who were always available whenever I had questions or when I needed to attend office hours. I am involved in many school clubs and activities, as well as starting my own club with some close friends and housemates! I played multiple sports in high school and have continued to be active throughout college. Joining school clubs and actively participating in events has given me the chance to get to know a lot of cool people and make a lot of great connections. Through these connections I was able to learn many things such as scholarships I can apply to through the school, and even different forms of studying that have been more efficient. I have lots of experience, dealing with financial aid, academic dismissal, housing, appeals, and picking courses. I know picking a school can sometimes be a challenge.
