Hi, I'm Vivian! I was a UX Research Manager for Payments at Google for more than 4 years from October 2017- March 2022. I managed a team and lead research, strategy and program efforts for the suite of Google payments products. Previously, I worked at Meta holding a couple of po...sitions including, Product Research Manager in Applied Machine Learning and UX Researcher from June 2015-October 2017. I also was a Senior Manager in Consumer Insights at Netflix from January 2013- June 2015. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Philosophy and German Studies from Macalester College and my M.S. degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University!
