Hi! My name is Eamonn Newton. I am a junior at the University of Notre Dame studying Finance and French. I am also a member of the inaugural cohort of the Business Honors Program. Notre Dame has been a wonderful experience for me socially, academically, and spiritually and I wou...ld love to share it with prospective students. My academic career at Notre Dame has given me an incredibly useful knowledge base in business, allowing me to land internships in both consulting and investment banking. Additionally, while at Notre Dame, I have been involved in a variety of student organizations. I have been able to sharpen my presentation and financial modeling skills through the Student International Business Council, where I now serve as Chief Financial Officer. I have served the South Bend community by teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) and citizenship classes through La Casa de Amistad. Additionally, I have worked on issues relating to community and belonging while serving as the Treasurer of Notre Dame’s LGBTQ+ undergraduate organization, PrismND. One of my more recent adventures has been studying abroad in Angers, France during my junior year. I look forward to speaking with anyone who is interested in Notre Dame or wants to learn more about college life in general!
