I am a rising sophomore at Brown University intending to concentrate in environmental studies and political science. I am here as a resource to help you gain some perspective on the student experience at Brown whether that be the extracurricular scene, the academic environment, ...or the social scene. I am also happy to discuss the college application process and why I chose Brown. During my freshman year, I pursued photography through several different clubs, created art for an independent zine, and was a student in Brown’s applied music program for jazz vocals. I am also one of the student leaders of Brown’s club for Jews of color, Hillelin’ with Melanin. Through Brown’s open curriculum, I have had the opportunity to take classes across a broad spectrum of departments including visual arts, economics, environmental science, religious studies, and engineering. This flexibility has allowed me to follow my intellectual curiosities wherever they may lead me.
