Hey! I’m Audrey, and I am a second year at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in the College of Architecture and Environmental Design. I am an Architecture major, and I am minoring in Real Property Development. Cal Poly SLO’s Learn By Doing philosophy has landed its place in Money magazin...e’s Top 34 Universities in the nation, and its Architecture program #1 in the nation by DesignIntelligence! Even before knowing this, the community, student to professor ratio, and settlement between the mountains and the ocean was perfect for me. In high school, I played rugby and was the president of my Architecture club, and I was happy when I learned Cal Poly offered the same at the college level. Not only am I continuing rugby, but I am also president of the College of Architecture and Environmental Design Ambassadors. I understand deciding on your future college and career plans can be stressful- I was in the same position as you were! I have a lot of experience in researching which major is the best for me, where my dream college would be, and how I could prepare for my career after college.
